How can you return or claim your goods?

The return period is 14 days.

  • from the date you received the goods
  • from the date you received the last item, if the contract involves multiple types of goods or parts
  • from the date you received the first delivery, if the contract involves regular recurring deliveries

To return the goods, you must also include the completed Withdrawal from Contract Form.

And also the Complaint Form.

Please send the goods including the completed forms to the delivery address and warehouse.
