How our range is categorised

Our range is divided according to your smoking needs: where you smoke, where the smoke comes from, and what belongs in the chamber.

• Smokers are the chambers themselves, where the meat hangs in the smoke. You can choose them based on size and heating method.
• Smoke generators and smoke boxes produce cold smoke in both smokers and grills. You can smoke without a fire in the firebox, and they can be added to a chamber you already own.
• Smoking wood chips give the smoke its aroma. The type of wood and coarseness are the deciding factors. Finer chips are intended for electric smokers, while coarser ones are for smoke generators.
• Smoker accessories include grates, hooks, drip trays, fireboxes, smoke pipes, and covers. This also includes probe thermometers.

Right here you will also find equipment for homemade sausages: spices and sausage mixes, casings, sausage fillers, and books on smoking.
