We ship all items across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and now also to Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, and Poland.
Large smokers are shipped in 2 large packages. Small ones in 1 large package.
Items marked as in stock on the website are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items on request or on order will be confirmed once we have the expected date from the supplier or production.
We dispatch parcels on business days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with usual delivery on the next working day. During peak times (e.g. Christmas), delays may occur. Please order in advance :-)
Personal pickup is available at our warehouse: Rybářská 89/44, Opava 74601, CZ.
