An original, mildly spicy blend from Oheň v zahradě, which we developed, tested and refined ourselves directly on our El Fuego barbecues.
The CHICKEN STEAK (CHICKEN FILLET RUB) spice blend is a perfectly balanced combination of sweet and hot paprika, pepper, rosemary, garlic, onion and mustard, complemented by a pinch of ginger and turmeric.

Created especially for juicy chicken steaks that remain beautifully tender, fragrant and have a golden colour thanks to the paprika oleoresin.
But it is also great for roast chicken, drumsticks or grilled wings – and it won't get lost on other meats either, such as pork or turkey.

We tested and tweaked this rub ourselves during dozens of grilling sessions – so that it works in every kitchen and on every fire pit.
Simply – a flavour that makes sense and works.

Ingredients

Edible salt (max. 45%), flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, spice mix in varying proportions (sweet and hot ground paprika, crushed black pepper, ground coriander, ground allspice, crushed caraway seeds, ground turmeric, ground rosemary, ground ginger, crushed cumin, ground chilli), dried vegetable mix in varying proportions (dried garlic, dried onion, parsley, lovage), sugar, ground white mustard, fenugreek, colour: paprika oleoresin.
Allergens: May contain traces of celery and milk.
