Shipping:
We ship our products to most countries within the European Union. If no shipping option is available for your desired destination, please contact us. We will be happy to prepare an individual shipping offer based on the current options available from our transport partners.
As a standard rule, we do not ship outside the European Union.
Large smokers are shipped in 2 large packages, while small smokers are shipped in 1 large package.
Products marked as in stock in our online store are usually dispatched within 24 hours. For products marked as made to order or on request, we will confirm the delivery date as soon as we receive this information from our supplier or production.
Parcel shipments are dispatched every business day. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier. During periods of increased demand for transport services, particularly before Christmas, delays may occur. We therefore recommend placing your order well in advance.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart after you have selected your products and entered the destination country and delivery address. The available shipping methods and their prices are calculated automatically according to the destination, total weight and type of goods in your order.

Payment:
You can pay for your order in several ways:
- online by credit or debit card through our secure payment system
- by bank transfer to our bank account
- in cash or by payment card when collecting your order in person at our store in Opava
When paying by bank transfer, we will send you the payment details together with your order confirmation. When paying by card, you will be redirected to our secure payment portal after completing your order.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the selected shipping method or destination country. The currently available options will always be displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order.
