AKIRO CHEF'S KNIFE AND ROLLER SHARPENER FOR BLADE MAINTENANCE

The main advantage of this variant is the premium Akiro chef's knife with a blade length of 20.5 cm. It is made of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel with a hardness of 60–62 HRC and features a striking hammered blade finish.

The handle, made from a combination of ebony and rosewood, enhances its distinctive look and provides a comfortable grip. The knife can be used for butchering meat, slicing vegetables, and general ingredient preparation.

Regular edge care is handled by the knife roller sharpener with a magnetic holder. The magnetic holder helps keep the blade in the correct position and offers two sharpening angles – 15° and 20°. The two-stage system allows you to first restore the sharpness and then hone and smooth the edge.

Thanks to its simple operation, the sharpener is a practical aid for regular home care of kitchen knives. The specific sharpening angle should always be chosen according to the recommendations for the given knife.
