YOUR OWN SAUSAGES START WITH A PROPER STUFFER

The core of the set is the Browin horizontal sausage stuffer with a 3 kg capacity, which makes filling the prepared meat mixture into casings easier.

Thanks to four filling nozzles with diameters of 15, 19, 22 and 25 mm, you can prepare various sausage sizes. Two fastening clamps help keep the stuffer stable on the worktop.

FOUR RECIPES, FOUR WAYS TO ENJOY SAUSAGES

We took particular care with the seasonings. All four blends are based on our own recipes, which we have developed and tested. Each offers a slightly different flavour profile, allowing you to try something new with every batch.

• Opavian sausage – a milder, pleasant paprika flavour.

• Wild garlic – a distinctive herbal and garlic character.

WHAT ELSE MIGHT BE USEFUL FOR HOME SAUSAGE MAKING?

To get started with stuffing, you will also need casings, which are not included in the set. For classic homemade sausages, you could choose, for example, natural pork casings 28/30 mm.
