Original blend from the Oheň v zahradě workshop, which we developed and tested ourselves on our grills and fire pits.
KRKOVIČKA (PORK NECK RUB) is a delicate, perfectly balanced spice blend inspired by classic Czech cuisine, created for perfect grilling.
We have fine-tuned it to highlight the taste of juicy pork neck, but it is not lost even with chicken, beef or pork ribs. The combination of paprika, caraway, allspice, garlic and roasted onion gives the meat a distinctive aroma, a subtly sweet taste and a beautiful colour.
Our blend turns every barbecue into an experience – whether you are grilling on an El Fuego or at an Oheň v zahradě fire pit.
No compromises, no anonymous mixes – just honest flavour that we have verified ourselves.
