El Fuego Calgary is a charcoal grill featuring a cast-iron grilling surface of approximately 58 × 42.5 cm, a hinged lid and a built-in thermometer. The height-adjustable charcoal grate and side air vents allow you to adapt the heat to the food being prepared.

Tailor the heat to your cooking

By raising or lowering the charcoal grate, you can adjust the distance between the fuel and the food. The grilling grate remains in place during this process. Airflow can be controlled via the side vents, and charcoal can be added through the front door.

The additional warming rack is useful for heating or keeping cooked food warm. The shelves provide space for ingredients and accessories, while the hooks are for hanging utensils.

Use and Maintenance

The grill is designed for outdoor use on a flat, non-combustible surface. Use charcoal or grilling briquettes and adhere to a maximum fill of 1.5 kg.

Before first use, the manufacturer recommends seasoning the grill for approximately 30 minutes at 150 °C according to the instructions. After use, allow the grill and ashes to cool down completely, empty the ash tray and clean the grill. Store it in a dry place; use the wheels and handle to move the cooled grill.
