The E-RTM D201 is a universal programmable thermostat - temperature controller operating in heating or cooling mode. It is manufactured in an industrial hermetic IP 65 enclosure. The design of the controller allows it to be used in harsh working conditions, i.e. humidity, dust, temperature.
The main function of the controller is to automatically maintain the set temperature by switching on and maintaining the heating or cooling device at a given temperature based on temperature measurement. The operating cycle can divide the function into 3 time sections with different times and temperatures for each section. This makes smoking a breeze, as you can easily set the desired temperature and time for drying the meat, a different temperature and time for the main smoking and a different temperature and time for the final finishing, if needed. During operation, depending on the application, 1, 2 or 3 sections can be used. Sections can be switched on sequentially one after the other or cyclically. The transition between sections can be automatic or manually triggered by a button on the controller. An acoustic signal indicates the end of the operating cycle or the end of successive time sections.
