Original blend from the workshop of OHENVZAHRADE.CZ, which we developed and tested ourselves in our smokehouses.
Valašská klobása is a delicate, rustic, and perfectly balanced seasoning blend inspired by classic Wallachian cuisine, created for perfect sausages.

The Wallachian blend was created thanks to a place that is close to us. We have a cottage in Wallachia and we love this rugged, unique, and beautiful region. And because Wallachian cuisine is distinctive, fragrant, and honest – we wanted exactly that kind of sausage.

The base consists of caraway, pepper, allspice, marjoram, and garlic. Traditional Wallachian flavors, no modernity. The result is a classic, honest, and distinctive sausage that will be appreciated by anyone who likes proper homemade products.

Dosage:
✔ 40 g of seasoning mix per 1 kg of meat
✔ 500 g of seasoning = 12.5 kg of meat
✔ ratio of salt to meat = 18 g of salt per 1 kg of meat at the recommended dose

Without glutamate, without Prague powder.
We devised it so that we would like it at home — and now everyone can afford it.

Our blend will turn every sausage smoking into an experience – but beware, it won't be lost in minced meat or patties either :-)

Edible salt, spice mix (crushed caraway, whole caraway, ground black pepper, ground allspice, marjoram), dextrose, dried garlic, antioxidant: citric acid.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk and celery
