The grill with smoker is made of the highest quality materials and designed to be safe and stable.
The grill with smoker has four wheels, two of which have brakes, for easier and faster moving.
The grill and smoker also has a lid with a built-in thermometer and a chimney with a closable flap. The biggest advantage of the lid is that it shortens the cooking time and maintains a constant temperature. There is a handle on the lid that allows you to safely open the grill.
There are opening flaps on the sides of the grill to adjust the fire pit temperature.
At the front of the grill, there are doors for easy refilling of charcoal during grilling, and under the doors, there is a removable shelf for easy cleaning. After use, simply remove the fire pit, empty it, and rinse if necessary.
The main cast iron grate consists of 4 removable parts. Above the main grill is another hanging grill, which is ideal if you want to maintain the temperature of already roasted food or reheat it.
To prevent the bottom of the grill from burning, a charcoal grate is also included, which is located under the main grate and is height adjustable. The charcoal grate allows easy and convenient adjustment of the distance of the charcoal from the grilling grate, and thus the heat intensity. This eliminates the need to laboriously manipulate the grill grate during grilling.
The grill has two shelves that allow you to have food, spices and necessary accessories in one place, as well as a built-in bottle opener.
The El fuego - Grand Ontario grill and smoker can also be used as a smoker. Thanks to the temperature lower than 100 °C, your food is prepared slowly and gently, and hardly loses its juiciness, because at these low temperatures very little liquid evaporates (unlike normal preparation at temperatures up to 300 °C), and the food therefore never dries out.
The longer the food is left on the grill, the more intense the smoky flavour in the food is. The aroma can also be enhanced by adding different types of wood, e.g. cherry, alder or plum, which are further refined in the fire. So you have many options to achieve your individual taste or just find variety in the scent!
