How to Choose a Garden Fire Pit

The shape, size and sheet metal thickness are the deciding factors. Round fire pits have a diameter of 50 to 70 cm, while square ones measure from 70 x 70 up to 80 x 80 cm. Choose the size based on your available space and the number of people who will be sitting around the fire. The sheet metal of our brand's fire pits ranges from 1.5 to 2.8 mm in thickness. The Freyja, Vidar, Magni, Fjörgyn and Valkýra models are protected by paint resistant up to 600 °C and feature an air intake hole in the base. Which version to choose

• Our brand's round fire pits are led by the Fulla with a 70 cm diameter and 2.8 mm sheet metal, and the Freyja with a 50 cm diameter and a pull-out ash tray.
• The Vidar, Magni and Fjörgyn square fire pits have a footprint ranging from 75 x 75 up to 80 x 80 cm. Magni features double-walled sheet metal, which dampens the spread of heat to the surroundings.
• Fire pits with a lid can be covered when the fire is not lit. Vidar and Magni come with one included, and the Kaminer G11825 with a 56 cm diameter has a mesh lid.
• Fire pits with a grill grate can also be used for grilling. Freyja and Fjörgyn feature a cast iron grate, while the Valkýra 70 x 70 x 140 cm has a hanging grate. The Mane grill hangs from a forged tripod, with the grate height above the fire adjustable via a chain.

What You Need for Your Fire Pit

The Fenri grate transforms a fire pit into a grill. The adjustable-height 60 cm stainless steel swivel grate is compatible with Freyja, Fulla and Vidar models, while the 45 x 40 cm square grate is supported by the Henri holder.
