Why is it worth choosing our smoke generator?
The generator is powered by a high-performance fan with smooth speed control, allowing you to smoke in large smokehouses.
Thanks to the high performance of the fan, it is possible to use the unlit smoke generator to dry meat directly in the smokehouse!
It is also suitable for grills with a closed lid.
Wood chips with a size of 3-8 mm or larger are used as fuel for smoking. The advantage of this type of generator is that, thanks to the large hopper, there is no need to add wood chips during smoking (just at the beginning) and there is no need for frequent feeding and monitoring of the correct smoke.
Thanks to the design of separate chip combustion, tar does not go into the smoker, but outside the smoker - into the glass. This makes smoking healthier.
Our improved version also includes:
- the cross with the plug makes it easier to clean the generator from tar.
- new smokehouse attachment - there is no need to disassemble the generator when removing it from the smokehouse
- redesigned ash emptying hole - allows for easy emptying without the need to disassemble the generator. Therefore, it is possible to empty the ash directly during smoking.
The generator is made of black painted steel.
In combination with a heating coil and a thermostat, you also have a constant temperature if you decide to smoke with warm smoke.
