Usage

Place the flat of the blade against the magnetic holder according to the desired angle of 15° or 20°. Place the sharpening roller against the edge and glide it smoothly along the entire length of the blade several times. Repeat the process as necessary and then use the second stage for final honing.

After use, remove any debris from the sharpening surfaces and the sharpener. Wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth and then dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the sharpener in water and store it in a dry place.
