We designed the Dagr charcoal grill with a focus on robust construction and ease of use. It is manufactured by our partners within the EU. The 2 mm thick steel is complemented by an additional 1.8 mm unpainted steel reinforcement in the heating section.

Heat adjustment and grilling under the lid

You can choose the grate height from four levels depending on the desired distance from the coals. The hinged lid helps direct heat to the top of the food, ensuring it is cooked through. Once opened, you don't need to place it beside the grill.

The bottom shelf provides space for grilling utensils or prepared food. The construction also includes a spot for a grilling spit, which is not included in the package.

Use and care

Use the grill only outdoors on a flat, stable, and non-flammable surface, at least 3 metres away from buildings and flammable objects. Fuel consists of charcoal or grilling briquettes. Before first use, we recommend burning it empty for at least two hours without using chemical firelighters.

Use protective gloves when handling the grate and lid. Only move the grill once it has cooled down, preferably by two people.

Once cooled down, remove the ash and clean the grate of any food residue and grease. The grill does not have drainage holes, therefore do not leave it in the rain and store it in a dry place. Do not cool the hot construction abruptly with water.
