Tauron Smoker with firebox is a complete metal smoker designed for anyone who prefers traditional wood smoking in a separate firebox. The package includes not only the smoker itself, but also the firebox, smoke pipes, elbows, and all the basic accessories needed for smoking.

The smoker is therefore insulated on four sides with 14 mm thick wooden panels. The smoker's roof is also insulated.We have designed the smoker ourselves and manufacture it according to our own design. During the design process, we emphasised a sturdy construction, high-quality materials, ease of use, and ample space for home smoking.

The smoker set includes:

• Smoker made of cold-rolled sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm
• Insulation on 4 sides with 14 mm thick wooden panels
• Insulated smoker roof
• Two-part construction – a separate base with legs and a smoking chamber with a folding roof
• From the outside, the smoker is treated with temperature-resistant paint up to 600 °C
• Shaped folding roof that limits condensate from dripping onto the smoked meats
• Separate firebox measuring 30 × 25 × 25 cm, made of robust sheet metal
• Smoke pipes with a total length of 100 cm – 2× 50 cm
• 2× elbows – one for connection to the smoking chamber and the second for connection to the firebox
• Steel base with legs with a height of 45 cm
• Large chimney and damper for regulation
• Extra-large deflector for more even smoke distribution, which also serves as a drip tray
• Double designer doors
• 6 rods for hanging meat, sausages, and other smoked goods
• 2 height levels for placing the smoking rods
• 12 large S-hooks made of 3 mm diameter stainless steel wire
• Thermometer up to 300 °C
• Folding side handles on both the base and the smoking chamber for easier transport and assembly
• Front door pull handle topped with a ball made of special heat-resistant plastic, ensuring safe handling

Why is it worth choosing our smokehouse?

We designed the Tauron smoker for customers who want a compact metal smoker with a classic separate firebox, but also value quality materials, a solid construction and a great appearance.

Thanks to the firebox being located outside the smoking chamber, you can smoke in the traditional way using wood and deliver the smoke to the smoker via a one-metre smoke pipe. Two elbows are included in the set, allowing the firebox to be placed practically so that fueling is conveniently accessible from the front.

The smoker's construction is stable, and the detachable base and folding handles make it easier to handle the individual parts. The large deflector helps distribute the smoke within the chamber while simultaneously catching dripping fat.

With a capacity of up to 18 kg of meat, Tauron offers plenty of space not only for regular home smoking, but also for preparing larger batches of sausages, meat or other smoked meats at once.

Due to its dimensions and metal construction, the smoker is also suitable, for example, as an addition to outdoor kitchens or restaurants for smoking and reheating sausages and other delicacies.
