Manve or Tulkas

For both models, the chamber is made of Scandinavian spruce boards joined with tongue-and-groove and impregnated with linseed oil. It stands on a steel base with legs and features a chimney at the top with a damper for draft regulation. The smoker comes with hanging rods for meat, hooks, a drip tray, and a thermometer.

The Manve includes a Loki smoke generator and a digital temperature regulator. The chamber is made of 30 mm boards and can hold approximately 18 kg of meat. The Tulkas burns chips in a separate drawer in the base and regulates the coil continuously, allowing the chamber to be heated above 100 °C.
