The El Fuego Portland XL smoker burner has been specially developed so that the flame does not go out even at low temperatures (low and slow).
Thanks to the temperature lower than 100 °C, your food is prepared slowly and gently, and hardly loses its juiciness, because at these low temperatures very little liquid evaporates (unlike normal preparation at temperatures up to 300 °C), and the food therefore never dries out.
The longer the food is left in the smoker, the more intense the smoky flavour in the food is pronounced. The aroma can also be enhanced by adding different types of wood, e.g. cherry, alder or plum, which are further refined in the fire. So you have many options to achieve your individual taste or just find variety in the scent!
