Spacious smoking chamber for home smoking
Hrist 60 offers a smoking chamber measuring 70 × 50 × 60 cm with a capacity of up to 15 kg of meat. This provides ample space for home smoking of sausages, lard, pork belly or other meat specialities.
Inside the smoking chamber, there are two levels for placing hanging rods. The set includes five round alder wood rods and 18 stainless steel S-hooks, allowing food to be hung according to its size and quantity.
This allows you to adapt the space inside the smoker to the batch being prepared and ensure sufficient gaps between individual pieces of meat.
External XXL firebox for classic wood smoking
The smoker utilises a separate external XXL firebox measuring 45 × 25 × 25 cm. The firebox is equipped with a grate and combustion control, which allows you to adjust the air intake and burning intensity.
Heat and smoke are delivered to the smoking chamber via a smoke pipe with a total length of 100 cm, consisting of two tubes and two connecting elbows.
A large smoke deflector is located in the steel base, which helps direct the flow of smoke into the smoking chamber. It can also collect dripping fat.
The temperature inside the smoker can be monitored using the included thermometer. The smoke flow can also be adjusted via the chimney regulator.
Robust construction made of Scandinavian spruce
The smoking chamber is made of Scandinavian spruce with a board thickness of 20 mm (± 2 mm). Individual boards are joined using tongue-and-groove joints, which help minimise smoke leakage through the gaps.
The structure is screwed together using screws, rather than assembled with nails or staples. This design contributes to the strength and stability of the entire smoking chamber.
The front is complemented by decorative black fittings, which, together with the semi-circular metal roof, create the characteristic look of the Hrist premium range.
Unburnt wood impregnated with linseed oil
This variant preserves the natural light appearance of spruce wood and its characteristic grain.
The wooden parts are impregnated with 100% linseed oil, which helps protect the surface from moisture and common external influences.
The metal parts are treated with a coating with a declared heat resistance of up to 600 °C.
Nevertheless, we recommend protecting the smoker from prolonged exposure to rain and moisture. After smoking, it is advisable to let it cool down completely and store it in a dry place if not used for a longer period.
Stable steel base and easy assembly
The smoker stands on a steel base measuring 70 × 50 × 45 cm, made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. Sturdy legs provide stable support for the smoking chamber.
The individual parts of the smoker are designed to be easily slotted together. During assembly, you place the wooden smoking chamber on the steel base, fit the metal roof with the chimney, and connect the unit to the external firebox.
The total height of the assembled smoker is 124 cm, including the chimney.
The smoker can be disassembled back into separate parts, making handling and storage easier. For more convenient transport, the smoking chamber and the base are equipped with handles.
Our step-by-step photo assembly guide for wooden smokers will help you with the installation.
First use and maintenance
Before the first smoking, it is necessary to burn the smoker empty according to the operating instructions.
During smoking, regularly check the temperature, the combustion process, and the patency of the smoke flue. After use, allow the smoker to cool down completely and remove any remaining ash and residue.
To maintain the wooden parts in good condition, we recommend regularly checking their surface treatment and protecting the structure from prolonged moisture.
What do we recommend buying?
For more convenient home smoking, you can use additional smoker accessories, such as replacement hooks, a drip tray for fat, or a probe thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meat.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much meat can fit into the Hrist 60 smoker?
The smoker has a capacity of up to 15 kg of meat. The actual quantity depends on the size of the individual pieces and how they are hung.
What is the difference between the Hrist 60 and the Hrist 80?
The main difference is the size of the smoking chamber and the capacity. The Hrist 60 has a chamber measuring 70 × 50 × 60 cm and a capacity of up to 15 kg of meat. The larger Hrist 80 offers a 50 × 70 × 80 cm chamber and a capacity of up to 30 kg of meat.
What is the difference between the charred and uncharred versions?
The uncharred version retains the natural light appearance of spruce wood. The charred version has a darker surface with the wood grain highlighted. Both variants are impregnated with linseed oil.
Is the smoker supplied complete?
Yes. The set includes a wooden smoking chamber, a metal roof, a steel base, an XXL external firebox, a smoke pipe, a thermometer, and accessories for hanging meat.
Can the smoker stay outdoors year-round?
The semi-circular metal roof helps protect the top of the structure, but the wooden smoking chamber still needs to be protected from long-term moisture. If not in use for an extended period, we recommend storing the smoker in a dry place.
