The smoker set includes:

• The smoker consists of two parts - legs with a base and a smoker with a folding roof
  
• The smoker is made of black cold-rolled sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm
• From the outside, the smoker is treated with temperature-resistant paint up to 600 °C
• The hipped roof with hinges is shaped to prevent condensate from dripping onto the sausages
• The firebox with dimensions of 30 x 25 x 25 cm is made of coarse sheet metal - it has the possibility of temperature regulation and a grate and is painted with paint resistant to 600 °C
• Pipes connecting the firebox to the smoker with a total length of 100 cm (2 x 50)
• 2x elbow (the first entering the smoking chamber, the second entering the firebox)
  
• Steel legs with base, height 45 cm
• Large chimney and damper for regulation
• Extra large deflector for smoke dispersion - also serves as a drip tray
• Double designer door
• 6 rods for hanging meat or sausages
• 2 levels for hanging smoking rods
• Large S hooks made of 3 mm stainless steel wire - 12pcs
  
• Thermometer up to 300 °C
• Folding side handles on both the base and the smoker for carrying the smoker and easy assembly of both parts

Why is it worth choosing our smokehouse?

We designed this smoker precisely to meet the requirements for a smaller and visually attractive smoker. Metal smokers with a classic firebox are also ideal as an addition to an outdoor restaurant for re-smoking sausages. Higher temperatures are not a problem, and the sausages smell wonderful. The smoker is very sturdy. It doesn't wobble, and you certainly don't get the feeling that it's one of those cheap imported kits that you first have to screw together and then be afraid to load it up in case it falls apart again. Here everything is welded and really solid. We added another elbow so that the loading is possible from the front.
