The Traeger ModiFIRE® pizza stone is made from 100% cordierite, a high-temperature resistant material that ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface of the stone. The result is a pizza with an authentic crispy crust and a subtle smoky aroma from wood pellets, which no domestic oven can provide.
The stone is compatible with most Traeger grill models and can also be used in a domestic oven. It is suitable not only for pizza, but also for baking bread, savoury and sweet pies, or fresh biscuits. The 36.6 cm diameter offers plenty of space to prepare a whole pizza at once.
For proper maintenance, clean the stone only by scrubbing lightly with a little water and allow it to dry thoroughly. Do not use detergents, do not immerse in water, and avoid thermal shocks, such as contact between the hot stone and cold water.
