The complete ELECTRIC smoker includes:

• The smoker consists of three parts - legs with a base, a smoking chamber and a roof with a chimney
  
• Smoking chamber made of Scandinavian spruce - boards connected with tongue and groove to ensure tightness, board thickness 20 mm (+/-) 2 mm
• Wooden gable roof with a large chimney
  
• Heating spiral with smooth regulation with an output of 2kW - can heat the smoker to over 100 °C
  
• Steel legs with base with a height of 55 cm
• Two separate drawers in the steel base. One for the heating spiral and the other for wood chips
• Large chimney and damper for regulation
• 2x drip tray (2 levels)
  
• Grill for horizontal smoking
• 6 rods for hanging meat or sausages
• 2 levels for hanging smoking rods
  
• Large S hooks made of 3 mm stainless steel wire - 12pcs
  
• Thermometer up to 300 °C

Why is it worth choosing our smokehouse?

We designed this smoker exactly to meet the requirements we expect from an electric smoker.

Our product is already screwed together (we use screws - instead of staples or nails). Place the smoking chamber and chimney roof on the steel base and you can start smoking.

The heating coil output is sufficient for classic smoking, and you can even do the increasingly popular low and slow roasting with it. You get 2 drip trays and a covered heating coil as standard. The wood chips are burned in a large separate drawer, so sprinkling and refilling them is not as frequent and is very convenient.

The smoker can be disassembled very easily, so you can hide it in a dry place after smoking.
